Working principle of vibrating screen
The material falls into the screen from the feed port on the upper part of the vibrating screen. The screen frame is fixedly connected to the vibration motor, so the screen moves in an approximately circular trajectory with the vibration of the vibration motor. The material is constantly thrown up on the screen and moves forward and downward. The powder and granular materials smaller than the size of the screen hole will fall through the screen, and the debris larger than the size of the screen hole will be discharged from the screen surface through the slag discharge port, thus completing the screening work.

1. A.Starting the machine
