- The dust produced by the compound fertilizer production line has the characteristics of small particle size, large dust concentration, high nitrogen content, easy moisture absorption and hydrolysis, high viscosity, and poor fluidity.

Solutions for bag dust removal system air duct and return material recycling:
- Directly connect the air ducts of the three flat vibrating screens on the third floor to the bag dust collector inlet collection duct, remove the settling chamber on the third floor, and also remove the three small induced draft fans on the roof of the third floor.
- The air induction duct of the cooling drum is directly integrated into the inlet collection duct of the bag dust collector.
- The dust recovered from the bag dust collector is returned to the raw material belt located in the belt corridor on the east side of the settling chamber through the screw conveyor or scraper, and directly enters the raw material system.

Why dust bag collector clogging sometimes
- The chemical composition of compound fertilizer dust is easy to absorb moisture and hydrolyze;
- When the production line is parked for a long time, when the ambient temperature of the humid natural air entering the bag dust collector is lower than the dew point temperature, the condensed water and dust will be hydrolyzed, resulting in bag paste. During normal production, since the dusty flue gas has a certain temperature, it will generally not cause bagging.
- The dusty flue gas has a high moisture content and lacks necessary insulation and heating measures.
Poor fluidity cause accumulation of dust in the bag filter ash hopper
- Compound fertilizer dust has poor fluidity;
- The ash hopper of the dust collector has a dead corner, which makes it easy for dust to hang on and stick to the wall;
- The angles between the shell of the traditional spiral ash conveyor and the ash hopper of the dust collector are inconsistent, resulting in poor dust removal and prone to dust bridging;
- The V-shaped groove of the star-shaped dust discharge valve is easy to accumulate dust and is difficult to clean.
Dust collector power supply, instrumentation and control system
- Power supply: The dust collector is a Class II load equipment. The power supply is AC 380V/220V, 50Hz, three-phase four-wire system.
- Instrumentation and control: The dust collector control system adopts PLC control, which can automatically and centrally control all equipment of the dust removal system and communicate with other PLCs.
- The automatic control of pulse cleaning adopts timing, and the time can be set on the PLC text panel.
- The dust collector is equipped with instruments such as a compressed air oil-water separator and a pressure regulator. The operating status of the dust collector can send out audible and visual alarm signals on the simulation screen of the main control cabinet.
- The dust removal system can be controlled from the operating console or remotely. The entire dust removal control system is centered on the dust collector PLC. The control of each equipment in the system is realized by the dust collector PLC and can be connected to the large system of the factory. The dust removal system PLC collects and transmits the operating data of each equipment in the system.
- The control cabinet of the dust collector machine room is equipped with the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector, the compressed air pressure, the working status of each electric equipment of the dust collector, the dust cleaning status, the working status of the ash conveying equipment, the dust collector comprehensive fault alarm signal and output contacts. All automatic control equipment of the dust removal system can operate unattended or accept remote control.
