Working principle

• The main motor drives the pulley and belt, and drives the pinion through the reducer. The pinion meshes with the large gear fixed at the bottom of the plate and works toward the top.
• The large gear is installed on the adjustment plate fixed on the frame through a special and reasonable design. on the main shaft to support the work of the entire granulating plate (this machine is used with a sprayer).
• After the material enters the granulating plate, the continuous rotation of the granulating plate and the spray device make the materials evenly stick together to form a spherical shape. Granules, an automatic cleaning device is designed in the middle and upper part of the granulation plate of this machine to prevent materials from sticking to the wall, thereby greatly extending the service life of the machine.

Brief description of structure

• Frame part: Since the transmission part and the rotating working part of the entire machine body are supported by the frame and are subject to large forces, the frame part of the machine is welded with high-quality carbon channel steel and has passed strict quality certification and specific The technical requirements have been met and the purpose of this machine has been achieved.
• Adjustment part: The most important part of the whole machine is the granulation plate, and the entire center of gravity of the granulation plate is installed on the adjustment part. Our company specially uses high-quality carbon steel plates and channel steel welded together, and has passed strict quality qualifications Certification, all meet the requirements used by this machine.
• Transmission part: The transmission part of the entire machine is very important, and the overall work is based on this. The motors and reducers on the installation and transmission adjustment frames are all inspection-free products certified by ISO/9001 quality system, and the quality is reliable. The motor drives Pulley, V-belt, reducer and pinion, the pinion drives the large gear on the granulation disc to make the granulation disc work. In addition, the large and small gears adopt high-frequency quenching, and the service life is twice as long as the original one. The grain plate is fixed on the driving shaft on the adjusting plate, and the column head connection part adopts a taper fit, making the design more reasonable;
• Granulating plate part: The angle of the granulating plate of this machine adopts an overall arc design, and the granulation rate can reach more than 93%. The bottom of the granulating plate is also reinforced with multiple radiated steel plates, which is strong and durable and will never deform;
• Automatic cleaning part: This part is installed above the granulation plate and is in the form of a lower frame. It is equipped with an automatic cleaning plate to remove materials stuck to the plate wall during the production process, which greatly improves the service life of the machine and also Saves labor.

Installation and commissioning

1. Installation: This series of disc granulators mainly have the following components after leaving the factory:

• The main body of the disc granulator, which includes the frame, adjustment part, granulating disc and other structures;
• One main reducer, the input shaft is equipped with a pulley, and the output shaft is equipped with a pinion;
• One main point motor and one pulley;
• Support granulating disc device, including one main shaft, two sets of roller bearings, and two bearing seats;
•  Accessories: V-belt, ground angle bolts.
  After the user places an order, the foundation should be built according to the process flow chart designed by the factory or by the user, and the foundation holes should be reserved on the foundation. After the foundation is laid, the machine can be installed only after it has completely solidified.

2. Debugging: This machine has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and has passed strict quality and technical inspection and is approved to leave the factory. However, it still needs adjustment due to on-site maintenance or problems that arise after operation.
